PeekDoodle™ is sold at peekdoodle.com and nowhere else. This page says what ordering here gets you, and what it does not. Every point is written into our shipping policy or refund policy, so you can hold us to it.
The frame arrives complete, with the mat already cut
In the box: the A4 frame, the clear acrylic front panel with protective film on both sides, a white bevelled mat already cut for A4, traceless hanging hooks for horizontal or vertical, and a one-page instruction sheet. Nothing else to buy. The mat is the part people forget to check elsewhere: without one, a child's drawing sits loose against the acrylic and looks like paper in a box.
The photos show the real hinge and the real stack inside
Our photos show the frame open, with the elastic bands and the metal plates that hold the paper stack flat, and they show the hinge. We also say the two things people do not love before you pay: you cannot choose which side the hinge opens from, and up close the hinge looks like a working hinge rather than a gallery mount. If either is a problem for you, better to know now.
Shipping and duties, stated plainly
Shipping is free on every order, whatever you buy. We dispatch within 2 to 5 business days; at busy times that can extend to 12 business days, and we email you if it does. Transit is 9 to 13 business days after dispatch, and tracking can take up to 5 business days to start updating. Import duties and taxes, where a country charges them, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.
A faulty frame gets replaced within 30 days
If your frame arrives broken, cracked, damaged in transit, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we send a replacement free. Most of the time we do not ask for the original back. When we do, we cover the postage. If we cannot replace it, you get a full refund. If you ordered a two-pack or a three-pack and only one frame has a problem, we replace that one. You can cancel free of charge at any point before the order has been fulfilled.
The 30-day guarantee covers faults. It does not cover a change of mind, and the hinge side, the acrylic front and the working-hinge look are the product rather than defects, which is why we describe all three before you buy. Once the carrier marks a parcel delivered, we are not able to take responsibility for it.
Two or three cost less per frame
Two frames are $58.50 and three are $78, applied automatically in the cart. Any mix of colours counts. Two children means two frames, and the second one is half price.
A real business answers the email
PeekDoodle is the trade name of a small business at Avinguda Roc Codó 17, Sant Cugat del Vallès, 08172 Barcelona, Spain. Your order confirmation, shipping updates and any reply to a question come from support@peekdoodle.com, and the people who sold you the frame are the ones who answer, on Spanish business days. The about page has the story and the legal contact page has the same details.
Checkout
Orders go through Shopify's checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and the usual cards. We never see your card number.
What we do not claim
We do not claim this is a conservation-grade or archival frame, and we do not claim it is the only one of its kind. Front-opening storage frames exist on marketplaces at lower prices, usually without the mat, without the hooks, and with a four-to-eight-week wait.
